I assume most of the topics would be kernel-related, but I don't know why we would want to make that a restriction. It's not even clear that a kernel-only group would make sense given how tightly intertwined some of the elements are. How do you talk about the thread model without including libc in the discussion? On the other hand, trying to include topics about Xorg would obviously be casting too wide a net. I think what we're shooting for is really something like ON-internals, but that's probably not a term that means anything to the general OpenSolaris community.
