No, but you may be able to start by playing with BUILD64.  From
Makefile.master:

# Set BUILD64=# in the environment to disable 64-bit amd64
# builds on i386 machines.

You'll have problems building archives or packages (well, packages
can't be built from Open ON yet at all) even if the build itself
works.  Considering the value of your time, you're probably better off
buying a faster build machine than spending the time it will take to
make this work well.
