Whaddya know? Solaris-express (snv_b34) doesn't have a 64bit ncrs
driver for that too..
Is there anywhere where I could download a 64bit version of either adp or
ncrs?
No, unfortunately there isn't. I tried to get the ncrs included into 64-bit,
but it was turned down with the reason being that the controllers were old
(albeit, the Symbios 895/896 was a very common controller used in 32-bit),
and weren't even readily available anymore.
I was barely able to convince folks (due to shortage of developers available)
to port the cadp160, which was a U160 Adaptec controller. Had there been more
resources to work on these issues, I'm certain that all of them could have
made it.
You could try using glm instead. I was involved for a while with the
effort to port it from sparc. It integrated into snv_28.
