Ah .. standards get put in place and then enforced at the time that the
maintainer joins.  However, I have always held my position as "Director" and
even "Owner".  I also assume liability and own the company name that pays
for everything.  Despite these short comings Phil and I work together really
well and the whole project is a great teamwork environment.
