Besides that it is unclear what kind of GPL violation this should
be (note that the GPL only requires to deliver all modules to allow
to recompile a binary in case of a binary distribution).....
Who is able to sue someone on a real GPL violation on Linux?
This can only be done by someone who owns the Copyright of the code
in question....
