Problem with blastwave is I have to include the csw/lib directory in my library
path which causes many other things to break. I could then write wrappers to
only include the blastwave library path when the application starts but this is
a very kludge thing to have to maintain! I want to understand how this worked
out of the box on build 81 and now it does not, why?
