Hi,

I'm facing a difficult choice, I'm currently setting up a new soho server,
which will act as a NAS, and it will also be used for storing source code via
SVN. Without starting a religious war, I have the choice between Linux, FreeBSD
and OpenSolaris. I'm wondering how stable OpenSolaris is, and how it's
positioned w.r.t. Solaris 10?

If I do go for OpenSolaris, how do I stay up to date? Do I just do an
image-update? And wouldn't that mean I'm moving towards a development version
of OpenSolaris? Are there some form of 'patches' for 'released' versions of
OpenSolaris (i.e. 2008.05)?

Thanks.
