There were a number of problems with 100 and it had to be re-spun. Due 
to the timing it would have come out right around the time of 101, so 
they punted.

101 is due next Thursday.

I think the issue is simply that there is delay as the mail gets 
filtered to me on occasion, and then a delay in me notifying, so I will 
simply ask the owner of SXCE to send out a green/red status every  other 
Thursday.

There is nothing suspicious going on here, just a case of too many links 
on the chain.
