Yes, could be a problem with the nvidia kernel module.

You should run the nvidia-SunOS-bug-report.sh
script and attach the bug-report.log file that is
produces to the xwindow-discuss thread.

Are you using the nvidia module from build 111,
or did you download and install an nvidia driver
from nvidia's web site?
I haven't seen any details on xwin-discuss.  Since I've seen another
post about an upgrade from 110->111 can we assume this was not
seen on b110?  The b111 NVIDIA driver (180.29) is the same as b110 and b109.

The driver was upgraded to 180.44 in b112 but a panic like
the one above was not previously reported on Solaris for 180.29.

I would like access to this core file.
