@davenz, if you're looking for a way to run Office 2007 in a big (thousands of 
users) environment using Sun Ray thin clients, the best way to do it might be 
to use the Win4Solaris virtual desktop server software instead of something 
based on Wine.

I think Virtual Bridges, the company that makes Win4Solaris officially supports 
Microsoft Office 2007 and they also officially support Sun Ray thin clients in 
a virtual desktop environment. Their prices aren't horribly expensive either:

So it might be better to go with something made for the enterprise that was 
designed for to integrate nicely with Sun Rays and do what you're trying to do 
from the get go.
