Impact: 5 dependent services are not running:
svc:/milestone/multi-user:default
svc:/system/intrd:default
svc:/milestone/multi-user-server:default
svc:/system/zones:default
svc:/application/graphical-login/gdm:default

as you can see, the problem is due to ntp, even if the network is present:

Note that GDM depends on multi-user. So, GDM will not start until
multi-user starts. You could remove this dependency from your
/var/svc/manifest/application/graphical-login/gdm.xml file if you
want. This might cause other issues, but is something you could try
if you wanted.

as soon as this message appears:
Aug 31 15:08:07 delljm xntpd[654]: [ID 381522 daemon.error] couldn't
resolve `timehost', giving up on it

gdm accepts to start! so, a timeout of more than 5 minutes!

Why is your machine looking for timehost? Perhaps you could resolve
this problem by fixing your machine to not look this up. Or, if you
think it is a bug that multi-user is hanging waiting for this, then
this would seem to be a bug in the multi-user service, not in GDM.
