Nibal, There are a bunch of documents that review this subject from the light to the extensive.
For those of us that have done these 'migrations', we'd like to tell you that this is not an easy undertaking - but can be done. As mentioned before, read up on some migration docs concerning the matter and invite experienced consultants to discuss with you the concerns your company may have on migration issues. As a freebie, don't go with a 'fly-by-night' distro that might not be around in a year or more. Might be cool today, but won't be cool when things go wrong on an important business presentation.
