Thanks for that tip - I'll certainly try it. For the moment, though, I can't even type into a terminal window. Weird, right?
Of course, we do not (yet) have the 'root' role authorized to log in, so this is not an option. Additionally, cannot log in to an xterm session now. Not sure at the moment how to proceed.
