It's been mentioned a number of times that 2010.3 was expected near the end of March, but it was precipitated on getting a stable release out, so it may be released late.
There were some critical problems with 134, such as not being able to boot if one disk in a mirrored boot disk dies. I'm pretty confident that issues like these will cause delays in the release.
