As Glenn said your best bet is to contact your local Sun/Oracle sales person for complete information. In the meantime some of your Oracle Solaris support questions are answered here:

Yes, this is a technical forum, but no one is hearing our pleas and hence we
get desperate.

Currently if anyone could provide an answer to this

can solaris be run on non sun h/w with oracle's permission?

will Oracle Premier Support will cover OpenSolaris support?

we would stop!

Why would anyone expect that a development focused list (like this one)
is going to have any one subscribed to it that has any idea what the
support picture looks like? If you want the answers to these questions,
you have to talk to the people that know (or at least can/should know).
That is Sales/Marketing. Which by and large, those folks don't hang out
on development lists. And even if they did, it's doubtful that they
would respond to open questions like this in an open forum.

The answer is (and has been since these threads started) is to call your
local Sun/Oracle sales rep and ask them. I'm sure they'll be more than
happy to discuss these things with you. They are the ones who can
answer these questions. Period. Continually asking here (or really on
any other opensolaris list) is just not productive in the least for
anyone.
