What exactly are you saying? I can't parse the above for meaning...
The TOU is rather bland, and boilerplate, with nothing unusual for a
hosted mailing-list/forum service. It's just the pretty standard "we're
not responsible for content, we can reproduce postings freely, we don't
guaranty this service, we can kick you out when we feel like it" kind of
thing that pretty much all normal blog/forums do these days. Nothing
special.
