[osol-help] Upgrade 101->103 breaks all

FYI and fairness:

finally it is up. After a ludelete->lucreate->luupgrade snv103 is there. Ni 
idea, why not in the first place. Some cruft, eventually? Or is the 'old' BE 
completely wiped at luupgrade?
