Hmm, so they both have one primary fdisk partition.
This disk uses fdisk partition id 6 (DOSBIG) and the 
problematic one uses id 11 (FDISK_WINDOWS).


Does "fstyp -v /dev/rdsk/c3t0d0p1" recognize a
"pcfs" filesystem for both disks?  (I assume the
fat filesystem is in the first fdisk partition, so that
...p1 is used)
