[osol-help] Mouse settings

Under "System/Preferences/Mouse/Accessibilty"  there is a "Dwell Click" 
option which I assume is the equivilant of "Mouse Focus".   If I select 
it though it tells me I need "mousetweaks" installed but I cannot find 
any match to that in the package Manager.

Any clues would be appreciated since I do not like the "Click focus" 
default.
