[osol-help] Substitute for windows active directory ?

Hi,
I'm looking for a substitute for windows active directory in opensolaris 10. I 
want to connect 15 users to opensolaris 10 and have them login into their on 
folders and such... Sorry that's just basic stuff but I have no clue where to 
start.
