[osol-help] Substitute for windows active directory ?

I have one machine that I want to make a server. Then connect 15 xp/vista users 
to that server. I want them to share folders ,printers, use networks printers, 
basically have almost the same abilities as they would have in active directory.
Later on I want to get a second server (opensolaris 10) and make it a backup 
server.
