It is connected to a hub which is connected to a Linksays router. I'm not sure how to find out what speed I'm running at, or if the speed is negotiable.
It does not have any wireless card inside of it. I haven't tried another Cat5, this is the only one that I have that manages to get from one room to another, and works just fine when I have used it for my main desktop computer, (which runs both ubuntu and windows xp) and even when I used to uise Xbox live.
