Yes, the same workaround should be used to boot
the installed system. If you get the system booted
you can add the option to the /rpool/boot/grub/menu.lst
file, so that you don't have to modify the grub entry
manually on every boot.

I includes a similar warning message, in addition to
lots of other ahci message. This bug is supposed to
be fixed in build 105. If you can't work around this
issue then you may want to try the latetst
opensolaris 2009.06 b106a release from
http://www.genunix.org/
