You need to decompress the archive, then unpack the tarball. Like this: gunzip realplay_pkg_s10_i386.tar.gz tar -xvf realplay_pkg_s10_i386.tar
This should give you a file like realplay_pkg_s10_i386 (or realplay_pkg_s10_i386.pkg) which you can then add using: pkgadd -d realplay_pkg_s10_i386 Cheers Andrew. This message posted from opensolaris.org
