FYI, SMF services typically have logs in /var/svc/log/SERVICE_NAME.log, where SERVICE_NAME is the service name minus the svc: prefix and with slashes changed to dashes. That might give more info on just what the problem is. But in this case, the name cswcups suggests it's the CUPS alternative printing subsystem, as implemented by blastwave.org (the csw prefix). Normally one can only have one printing subsystem running at a time successfully; you apparently already have the out-of-the-box one (or something else perhaps) running ok, as you say you can print without this. Note: I haven't used cswcups myself, so off the top of my head, I can't tell you what functionality you're trading off between whatever you are running and that. However, unless you're subject to some site policy to use a common solution, or the out-of-the-box printing subsystem isn't adequate for you somehow (in which case consider filing a Request For Enhancement (RFE) against it so it might be one day), you may have less trouble getting help if you stick to the out-of-the-box approach.
