[osol-help] CIFS-configured SMB shares inaccessable from Windows

I'll give 85 annother shot, but it was unstalbe to the point of uselessness on 
this machine.  I've made hardware adjustments since then so I suppose it's 
worth annother shot if nobody else has any suggestions.
