BTW c: primary partition with size around 20GB for Windows XP system , d: 
primary partion for your DATA (size is on you) and -> you have two primary 
partitions free for OpenSolaris installation. Make one of them at least 20GB in 
size and type FAT32 and done. You can choose this FAT32 partition on installer 
of OpenSolaris for installation and Grub will automatically add your Windows to 
Grub menu.
