[osol-help] UnionFS for Solaris

My question could be unrelated to unionfs but does the Sun OS follow more 
closely the NTFS or the EXT as far as net updates for hardware. Current NTFS 
updating seems to eventually stall or exceed software/hardware environment. EXT 
seems to have made hardware/software environment a priority. Where does Sun 
lean or is it merely a preference?
