Hmmm, there was some bug regarding this, but it's solved for some time. You can

So either this bug is back or there maybe something with your machine. So first 
of all check if you have latest BIOS and then either update to latest build or 
do clean install from latest iso which you can find here http://www.genunix.org

How-To for system update :

pfexec pkg set-authority -P -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/contrib/ contrib
pfexec pkg unset-authority opensolaris.org
pfexec pkg set-authority -P -O http://pkg.opensolaris.org/dev/ opensolaris.org
pfexec pkg image-update -v
