OK, I got it to boot up always with opensolaris by renaming the kernel-35
folder to just "kernel" ( which I guess is default).
I have a question regarding the opensolaris sources. I need to boot up
opensolaris on a simulator. ( which is simulating the sparc architecture in
pretty good detail). I need to create a zip file that contains all the sources
necessary for the simulator to boot up with opensolaris OS. My question is if I
just pack up the sources for the opensolaris OS ( the usr/src directory) , is
it enuf to boot on the simulator( which currently can very well boot up with
solaris 9) ?
