Greetings, I guess that didn't work so well. removing those packages from the install produced:
Loading smf(5) service descriptions: 132/141Feb 7 13:43:34 svc.startd[7]:svc:/system/basicreg:default: Method "/usr/sbin/sconadm register -c -m autoreg" failed with exit status 1. on first boot. I am actually using Solaris[tm] rather than openSolaris so it may be that this is the wrong place... :) I am looking at nexenta GNU/OpenSolaris on my PC right now and its pretty cool. :) Hopefully I can steal some ideas from there for my project here at the University... (Very pleasing login sound...) Anyhow... I am looking in /usr/dt/config/Xsession.d/1001.swupnot /usr/lib/cc-ccr/bin/ccr -p cns.swup.autoAnalysis.enabled -v false run as root on a box stops the little blue shield thingy in the bottom right gnome panel from starting. I guess thats a start. ? :) I still am not clear on how to stop the wizard though. :( This message posted from opensolaris.org _______________________________________________ opensolaris-help mailing list [email protected]
