I am attempting to create a zone in OpenSolaris (build 134). I am using Intel 64-bit hardware. First off, I create a ZFS filesystem /zones. Then I create /zones/myzone.

I then proceed to create a zone:

... Will __highly__ appreciate any help with this. Isn't there a way for the Zoneadm to install using files that already exist in the global zone, instead of downloading packages from pkg.opensolaris.org <http://pkg.opensolaris.org> ?

OpenSolaris supports only full zones. What you ask for is called a sparse zone, and it is only available in "normal" Solaris10.
