A ZFS file system has been created for this zone.

Sanity Check: Looking for 'entire' incorporation.

... Will __highly__ appreciate any help with this. Isn't there a way
for the Zoneadm to install using files that already exist in the
global zone, instead of downloading packages from pkg.opensolaris.org
<http://pkg.opensolaris.org> ?

OpenSolaris supports only full zones. What you ask for is called a
sparse zone, and it is only available in "normal" Solaris10.
