I understand, but the only reason I asked for that kind of zone is because
the standard zone doesn't seem to be working for me.   I really just want a
zone working, no matter which method is used.

This is a completely clean OpenSolaris installation and I'm following all
the documentation and tutorials on how to create a zone in OpenSolaris.

Can anyone else please try creating a zone on their OpenSolaris  (with
brand=ipkg, which is default)?
