So the other thing which I was reminded to make sure was
happening was the required legal CYA that's needed, imo, for an open
source project. Namely the bits saying that if you submit something
you're granting a license (including right to sublicense), warranting
that you have a right to grant the license, and warranting that you
are not exporting the code illegally from your personal jurisdiction.
        If that's not been done or in progress, I can take the stuff
IBM did for the Apache Group (its gotta be in the archives somewhere)
and modify it for OpenSSL purposes.
