What do you mean "know about"? 

makefile.one is auto generated from MINFO which is itself generated by
doing either 'make files' or 'perl util/mkfiles.pl > MINFO' maybe you
were using the MINFO with the distribution which isn't kept up to date.

Since all of this lot is auto generated, and the distribution versions
are way out of date, I supposed MINFO, makefile.one and the Win32 stuff
ms/*.mak and ms/*.def can be deleted from the main distribution.
Objections anyone?
