I bet you've upgraded OS, but never run fixincludes script. Consult
READMEs in gcc source code tree *or* upgrade to egcs. I myself would
recommend the latter. Though there is a caveat!!! config script fails to
recognize egcs as "new" and uses solaris-usparc-oldgcc option. In order
to work this around I would recommend to invoke ./Configure
solaris-usparc-gcc manually.
