Oops, forgot about those.  Anyhow, I was planning to have a file of
special object names that didn't fit in the OID/LDAP scheme.  It seems
things like idea-ecb would fit perfectly into that.  We've also got
others, like alias macros for things that have been misnamed one way
or the other...
