Will do.  In the meantime, I've found a problem with the alternate rand.h
solution, namely that OPENSSL_SYS_WINDOWS doesn't appear to be defined, at
least for me.  I do, however, have OPENSSL_SYSNAME_WIN32.  Having looked
at VC-32.pl, it appears this config has this too.  The attached patch
changes rand.h to define the windows-specific stuff if either
OPENSSL_SYS_WINDOWS or OPENSSL_SYSNAME_WIN32 are defined.

With a bit of effort, yep.  I'll try and get to that tomorrow.  I might 
even be able to dig out a copy of Builder 3 from somewhere, though I have 
my doubts about whether anyone still uses this :-)
