I now have a console log of "ssldump host windowsserver.fqdn", see
below. I hope that this log is useful. Tell me if I should add any
switches to "ssldump".

I installed it from FreeBSD ports on a testing machine - but as I said I
can reproduce the problem on all platforms that I have on hand (and with
different OpenSSL versions, too)...
