I just subscribed to this a day ago so please forgive this if it's old news. I'm trying to build openssl 0.9.2b on a slackware 3.5-based Linux machine. 0.9.1c built just fine, but 0.9.2b crashes when it hits speed.c. It looks like it calls a header called math.h, which in turn calls on float.h. I can't fine this float.h anywhere on my system or any of the 3 other Linux systems I've checked. (It's there in FreeBSD, just not on any of the Linux's I've checked. The FreeBSD header didn't work. It compiled OK, just didn't pass the 'make test' and I'm betting that's why.) Anybody know what I can do to get it to build without needed this header? Or where I can get a compatible version of the header? E.
