This is due to lack of NT support in the current version of
Net::SSLeay. I'm working on improving it in next release due
out real soon now(TM).
On a similar tangent, current version (1.03) is known not to compile
with OpenSSL-0.9.2b (on any platform). Part of the problem seems to be
in the ssl.h file distributed with OpenSSL-0.9.2 ... I'm working on
this, expect to hear more tonight.
