Hi, I have a client and a server which use openssl lib to communicate. I am using my own certificates, DSA and server issues a certificates for its clients. I need to ship ssleay32.dll and libeay32.dll these may need to go outside US. I heard here and there that this is not legal? Is it? Where can I find all of the restrictions? If this is illegal what are my options? What can I do?
