Actually, "use" is even more true than "purchase".  And it applies to
anyone US-bound, not just companies.  As it is today, it's illegal to
use any implementation of RSA but those manufactured by RSA Security.

Uhmm, OpenSSL is one :-), I think Peter Gutmann's CryptoLib has it as
well...  Of course, your definition of "product" may vary :-).

Yes.  It applies to the RSA algorithm itself, and therefore applies to
all uses.
