Hi, This is Takahide Yoshida. I have a same experience.So I know as the following. 1. Please check your Cryptographic Modules of Netscape and IE. I think that it of Netscape is 56 Bit and it of IE is 40 Bit. 2. 40 Bit Cryptographic Modules of your IE is unable to import cert of another Bit length (enable to import Only 40Bit). 3. So you need version up fo Cryptographic Modules of IE. select [tools]-[Version information] from Menu bar and click "update".(Your Browser will access Microsoft Site) This Operation need reboot,So you have to save all data.
