Whew!  This just might be the answer.  According to that article, the file

windows\system32\crypt32.dll should be at version 5.131.2600.24

Mine certainly is not.

I can't believe they want me to pay for getting the new version.  Anyone know
where I can get it without paying (and not a damn trojan-infected copy)??
