So, I have successfully compiled 0.9.8d under Windows CE 2.11 for ARM,
MIPS, and SH4 (haven't tried SH3). I'm using them for nPOP/nPOPuk,
and e-mail client, so I configured it this way:

perl Configure no-rc5 no-idea no-ec VC-CE

I would like to make these available for other users, but it seems
they are "export restricted." Is there a configuration option to make
binaries that are "export grade"? It would also be nice to get
something that is patent-free everywhere.

(Side note: in order to get wcecompat to build for CE 2.11, I needed
to add "strspn" "strtol" and "strtoul" as well as tinker with errno.h
I sent these comments to essemer, but got no response ... Those files
are included in the source code for nPOPuk, if anyone else needs them.
I had hoped essemer would add them to wcecompat.)
