Hi Steve,
Does this mean you have something I can look at or are you trying to
tell me that I don't need to test our software as OpenSSL already tests
ECDSA?

If this is for FIPS 140-2 testing then we've gone through this for the
upcoming 2.0 validation and include utilities to process the request
files
into response files.
