Python 3.3.1 has SNI client side. Server side only got added in 3.4

Postfix (http://blog.gmane.org/gmane.mail.postfix.user/month=20100601)

probably a lot of other non-HTTP server implementations. non-HTTP client
sides are normally a bit better (its easier to write client side SNI).
