Javier, Which API do you use to get statistics? Ceilometer or Nova?
As per what we agreed you are meant to you use Nova API in order to reduce time spent on getting instance’s resource usage. Anyway, i will check with OpenStack experts what can be the cause of the problem. Thanks.
