Also, future 3rd party testing accounts will have verification voting turned off by default. Third party testing systems will have to earn the trust of the community in order to have verification voting turned on. We are still hashing out the definition of what it takes to earn trust, but a desire to be worthy of trust certainly goes a long way. There is a conversation happening about requirements for 3rd party tests right here.
